Q. How can I attend Heart Failure Seoul?
A. Heart Failure Seoul 2023 will be held in the format of an in-person congress.
    However, we provide a virtual congress (Webinar) for overseas participants who cannot travel to Korea
    to attend in person.
    They will be allowed to access the Heart Failure Seoul 2023 virtual congress
    (Only session Room I will be streamed live).
Q. Can I get certificate of attendance?
A. All participants who complete full payment may download and print a certificate of attendance
    on My Page of the website after the congress ends.
Q. How can I get a receipt of the registration?
A. You can download your receipt at ‘My Page’ after complete your payment.
Q. Do I need K-ETA(Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) to visit Korea?
A. It depends on each countries. Please check it with the link below.

Q. Heart Failure Seoul 2023에 인정되는 연수평점이 있나요? (Domestic participants only)
A. 학술대회 총 3일동안 최대 14평점(대한의사협회)까지 인정됩니다.

Q. Will the lecture be streamed live? (Only for overseas participants)
A. Only session Room I will be streamed live. It will be open to overseas participants.
Q. What time will the congress be streamed? (Only for overseas participants)
A. The session will be streamed when the first session of Room I started.
    Please refer that the live streamed time will be based on Korean Standard Time.
Q. Are all the sessions given in English?
A. No, there are Korean sessions and English sessions. All sessions in Room I are given in English.
    You can check the English Session mark at the Scientific Program menu.
Q. Can I ask questions during the sessions on the virtual congress?
A. Only participants on-site are able to ask questions.
Q. My abstract was accepted. Do I need to register?
A. Yes, all the abstract presenters must complete the registration during pre-registration period.
    The registration fee will be refunded after the congress.
Q. Can I get the travel grant if I cannot visit to Korea? (Only for overseas participants)
A. No, you cannot. The travel grants is only provided to the person who attend onsite.
    Please the eligibility for the travel grant at https://www.kshfmeeting.org/abstract/index.php,
    at the bottom of the page.
Q. How should the presentation file(s) be submitted when the abstract is accepted?
A. All presenters should submit their presentation file following the submission guideline.

Q. Does the e-Poster presenter have to present verbally?
A. No, they do not have to present verbally for the Heart Failure Seoul 2023.
    It is more like an exhibition, so as far as they submit their e-Poster presentation file,
    it is considered that they presented their e-poster.
Q. Can I only make registration for CTC Asia 2023?
A. Yes, you can registration for CTC Asia 2023 only.
  • - Pre-registration: Until August 30, 2023
  • - On-site Registration: September 24, 2023
  • If you would like to make registration for both Heart Failure Seoul 2023 and CTC Asia 2023 USD 10 will be added to Heart Failure Seoul 2023 registration fee.
    • Q. Can I make register on-site?
    A. Yes, you can make register on-site on September 24, 2023.
    Q. Do I need to prepare something for CTC Asia 2023?
    A. Yes, you need to bring your own laptop for CTC Asia 2023 since the sessions will use STATA program.
        We will guide you on how to install STATA program on Sunday when the CTC Asia 2023 is held.
    Q. Where can I download STATA program for CTC Asia 2023 sessions?
    A. If you do not own STATA program, please visit the CTC Asia 2023 Session room on September 24(Sun.), 2023.
