Notice
- · Accepted abstract presenters will receive a refund of the registration fee after the congress.
- · If a presenter does not present the abstract and complete pre-registration, the Award will be canceled.
- · Duplicate awards are NOT allowed.
- · Foreign presenters, including those affiliated with universities or hospitals in Korea, are eligible to receive
both awards and travel grants.


- * You can apply for the Young Investigator Award while submitting your abstract.
(Young Investigator Award Session: Friday, September 12, 10:40-12:00)
- * Applicants must be under 40 years old by the date of the presentation, meaning their date of
birth must be before September 12, 1985

* When applying for the Young Investigator Award, please remember to submit your CV including
your date of birth, to the secretariat by the abstract submission deadline of Thursday, July 3, 2025.
- * Abstracts of exceptional quality will be considered for the Young Investigator Award.


* The accepted abstracts will be reviewed again, and high-quality abstracts will be selected for
Oral Presentations.
* Authors whose abstracts are selected for oral presentations will have the opportunity to receive
the HF Research Award based on their presentation scores.
(There are no age limits for award recipients.)
* The detailed information will be updated on the Heart Failure Seoul 2025 website.


* The accepted abstracts will be reviewed again, and high-quality abstracts will be assigned as
Moderated Posters.
* Authors whose abstracts are chosen for moderated posters will have the opportunity to present their
work at HF Agora. Their presentations will be evaluated for the Best Moderated Poster Award.
* The detailed information will be updated on the Heart Failure Seoul 2025 website.


* The accepted cases will be reviewed again, and high-quality abstracts will be selected to present their
work at HF Agora.
* Presenters have the chance to win the Best Case Award based on their presentation scores.
* The detailed information will be updated on the Heart Failure Seoul 2025 website.
Travel Grants
All overseas presenters of the accepted abstracts will receive travel grants.

- Abstract presenters who have applied for Travel Grants.
- Abstract presenters must not be Korean.
- All presenters must be pre-registered participants with full payment.
- All presenters should attend the on-site Heart Failure Seoul 2025 congress.

- · Travel Grants can be collected on-site at the preview room during the Heart Failure Seoul 2025 with CTC Asia 2025.
* You must show your passport or residence card.
- · Travel grants are only provided once to the presenting author, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts or co-authors.
- · It is not possible to receive Travel Grants by proxy.
- · Foreign presenters, including those affiliated with universities or hospitals in Korea, are eligible to receive both awards and
travel grants.
- · Those who received the non-acceptance email with the e-Poster Guidelines will not receive a travel grant, even if they submit an
e-poster.
