General Information for Oral Presenters

â‘  It will not be possible to present remotely during Heart Failure Seoul 2024.

â‘¡ All presenters must be registered for the Heart Failure Seoul 2024.

â‘¢ If you do not complete your registration and make full payment, your abstract will be withdrawn and not be
     included in the abstract book.

â‘£ Presenting Author must present at the session room to present the accepted abstract at Heart Failure Seoul 2024.

⑤ It is required to prepare and submit PowerPoint presentations before the sessions starts.

â‘¥ If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact the secretariat by email at info@kshfmeeting.org.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

â‘  Please download the official Heart Failure Seoul 2024 PowerPoint Template via the button below.

â‘¡ Your PowerPoint presentation should consist of a maximum of 15 slides, which should include a cover slide and
     disclosure information.
However, for a moderated poster presentation, it should be limited to 7 slides, including
     the cover slide and disclosure information.

â‘¢ Please bring a backup copy of your presentation and any other materials such as video clips, images, fonts, etc.
     with you on a flash drive, to the Preview Room at least 1 hour before the start of the session.

â‘£ PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR SESSION ROOM AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF YOUR SESSION.

⑤ It is required to prepare and submit PowerPoint presentations before the sessions starts.

â‘¥ When presenting, your Disclosure information will display before your presentation begins. Please make sure to
     include your Disclosure information in your presentation.

⑤ Travel Grants are only provided once to the presenting author, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts
     or co-authors.

â‘¥ It is not possible to receive Travel Grants by proxy.

⑦ Those who received the non-acceptance email with the e-Poster Guidelines will not receive a travel grant, even
     if they submit an E-poster.
