Please note that Heart Failure Seoul 2025 will be held as a format of in-person conference. (NOT Virtual conference.)

CTC Asia 2025 Registration Guidelines

To participate in CTC Asia 2025, you must first complete registration for HF Seoul 2025.

- This program is only available to registered participants of Heart Failure Seoul 2025 and cannot be applied for separately.
- Please complete the brief application section on the registration page. Your participation will be confirmed after an internal review.
- Final confirmation will be sent via individual email after the pre-registration deadline.

Group Registration

  • · For group registration, please fill out the registration form and send it to the secretariat (info@kshfmeeting.org).
  • · Group registration is only available by bank transfer.
  • · Bank Transfer may take a week to confirm the payment.
