| Nationality | Abstract presenters must be non-Korean (International presenters). |
| Registration | Must complete pre-registration with full payment (No unpaid/canceled reg.). |
| Attendance | Must attend in person and collect name badges at the Registration Desk first. |
| Limitation | Provided only once to the presenting author, regardless of the number of abstracts. |
| Awards | Eligible to receive both academic awards and travel grants. |
| Exclusion | Applicants with non-acceptance (e-Poster only) are not eligible. |
| Flight Receipt |
Must present the original flight ticket receipt. Reimbursement will be processed based on actual airfare up to the regional cap (Asia: Max USD 300 / Outside Asia: Max USD 500) |
